Sticky Chicken Thighs with Lemon and Honey

Sticky Chicken Thighs with Lemon and Honey

Ingredients:

  • 10 chicken thighs, boneless, skinless,
  • 1 tbsp butter,
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped,
  • Salt and black pepper to taste.

For Sauce;

  • 1 tbsp honey,
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon,
  • 1 tbsp butter,
  • 1/4 tbsp flour,
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce.

Preparation:

  1. In a pan melt the butter and add chopped garlic,
  2. Sautee for 2-3 mins.,
  3. Drain garlics and throw away (we will only use its taste and smell in melted butter),
  4. In a deep bowl combine thighs, melted butter, salt and black pepper well,
  5. Place a parchement paper in a baking dish,
  6. Set chicken thighs on parchement paper,
  7. Cook in a 210 C degrees preheated oven for 45-50 mins.,
  8. 10 mins. before cooking time is up start preparing the sauce,
  9. In a sauce pan melt the butter,
  10. Add lemon juice, soy sauce, honey and flour and mix well,
  11. Cook in low heat until it becomes dense,
  12. Transfer the chicken thighs into a serving plate,
  13. Pour the sauce all over.
