Sticky Chicken Thighs with Lemon and Honey
Serving : 10 Pieces
Ingredients
- 10 chicken thighs, boneless, skinless,
- 1 tbsp butter,
- 3 cloves of garlic, chopped,
- Salt and black pepper to taste.
For Sauce;
- 1 tbsp honey,
- Juice of 1/2 lemon,
- 1 tbsp butter,
- 1/4 tbsp flour,
- 1 tbsp soy sauce.
Preparation
- In a pan melt the butter and add chopped garlic,
- Sautee for 2-3 mins.,
- Drain garlics and throw away (we will only use its taste and smell in melted butter),
- In a deep bowl combine thighs, melted butter, salt and black pepper well,
- Place a parchement paper in a baking dish,
- Set chicken thighs on parchement paper,
- Cook in a 210 C degrees preheated oven for 45-50 mins.,
- 10 mins. before cooking time is up start preparing the sauce,
- In a sauce pan melt the butter,
- Add lemon juice, soy sauce, honey and flour and mix well,
- Cook in low heat until it becomes dense,
- Transfer the chicken thighs into a serving plate,
- Pour the sauce all over.
