Grilled Chicken Wings Recipe
Here’s a recipe you can use both at home and on a picnic. If you’re the kind of picnic lover who turns a weekday dinner into a barbecue feast, be sure to add this recipe to your favorites. While I used chicken wings in this recipe, you can also use other cuts like chops or breasts. I prepared it on an electric grill, so I explained it accordingly. However, you can also cook it on a barbecue or in a pan. For barbecuing, there’s no need to do anything special—just cook it the way you normally would. If you’re using a pan, it’s best to use a grill pan if you have one, or a non-stick pan otherwise. Greasing the bottom of the pan with 1-2 tablespoons of oil will help.
If you like, you can substitute tomato paste with pepper paste, but keep in mind that this will alter the flavor.
Can we bake this recipe in the oven?
Of course, you can, but it will be slightly drier compared to grilling. Bake at 200°C (grill setting), and once it browns on one side, flip it over to brown the other side. Check the tenderness with a fork to ensure it’s fully cooked.
