- 15 slices sun dried tomatoes,
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts or walnuts,
- 1 handful choppes parsley,
- 2-3 tbsps olive oil.
- Put tomatoes into hot water and set aside for 15-20 mins. and then drain,
- Put tomatoes, hazelnuts and parsley in a food processor and chop until it becomes a paste,
- Transfer into a service plate and pour olive oil on top.
