Dried Tomatoes In Olive Oil Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
- 10 sun-dried tomatoes,
- 1/2 cup olive oil,
- 1 teaspoon dried mint,
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes.
- Place the tomatoes in a large bowl and submerge them in hot water,
- Let them sit for 15 mins then drain and cut into small chunks,
- Place them on a platter and pour over the olive oil,
- Sprinkle with dried mint and chili pepper flakes.
