  • 250 gr. crumbled feta cheese,
  • 1/2 cup ground walnuts,
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil,
  • 1 handful finely minced parsley,
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint,
  • 1 teaspoon thyme,
  • 1 teaspoon chilli pepper,
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes,
  • 6 slices of sun dried tomatoes.


  1. In bowl combine sun dried tomatoes with boiling water, set aside for 15 mins., then drain,
  2. Chop softened sun dried tomatoes,
  3. Heat olive oil in a sauce pan, add chilli, cook 1-2 seconds, remove from heat,
  4. Mince the feta cheese with a fork,
  5. In a bowl combine cheese, walnuts, parsley, dried mint, thyme, pepper flakes, sun dried tomatoes and and olive oil+chilli sauce, mix well,
