Savory Spinach Muffins Recipe
Serving : 15-20 Pieces
Ingredients
- 3 eggs,
- 1/4 cup olive oil,
- 1 cup sautéed spinach,
- 1 cup grated cheddar,
- 1 cup milk,
- 2 tablespoons yoghurt
- 25 gr. baking powder,
- 1 teaspoon salt,
- 3 cups flour.
Preparation
- Beat the eggs,
- Whisk in the oil, milk and yoghurt,
- Add the flour, baking powder and salt, then whisk until everything is incorporated,
- Stir in the spinach and cheese,
- Pour into muffin liners and bake at 200 degrees celsius preheated oven until the top is golden brown or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
