Semolina Dessert With Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 1 lt milk,
  • 1,5 cup semolina,
  • 1,5 cup sugar,
  • 1 tbsp butter,
  • 1 spoonful of cocoa powder,
  • 3-4 tbsp grated coconut,
  • 9-10 petit beurre biscuits.

Preparation:

  1. Cover a cake mold with 4 pieces of plastic wrap (in order to remove easily),
  2. Combine the semolina, sugar and cocoa powder in a deep pan,
  3. Add milk, stir and cook over low heat until thickened,
  4. Add butter and mix well, remove from heat,
  5. Pour 1/3 of the mixture into the cake mold,
  6. Place the biscuits vertically,
  7. Pour the remaining mixture on top,
  8. Set aside to cool,
  9. Then put in the fridge for 2 hours,
  10. Turn upside down and remove the dessert from the mold,
  11. Sprinkle grated coconuts on top.
