Palace Delight Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups semolina,
 - 5 cup water,
 - 1 cup sugar,
 - 3 tsps butter,
 - 1 tbsp dried hibiscus,
 - 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder,
 - 4 cloves,
 - 1 tbsp rose water,
 - 1 cup shredded coconut.
 
Preparation
- In a pan boil the water with hibiscus, cinnamon and cloves for 5 mins. after it starts boiling,
 - Remove from heat and drain with a cheese cloth,
 - Add semolina, and sugar,
 - Cook in low heat until sets,
 - Add butter and stir until melts,
 - Add rose water and mix well,
 - Pour the mixture into a 22*22 cm deep baking dish covered with plastic wrap,
 - Sprinkle with 1/4 of the coconut, set aside to cool,
 - Cut into squares after it cools and cover all sides with coconut.
