Semolina Custard With Fruit Sauce Recipe

Semolina is a very common ingredient of Turkish desserts. It is used both in syrup based and in milk-based desserts. The following very simple recipe features semolina.

I prepared a fruit sauce for the top. In this sauce, you can use any juicy fruits that are in season. The only thing to remember is to adjust the amount of sugar according to the sweetness of your fruit. I hope you give this easy but delicious recipe a try.

Enjoy...

  1. Dan Hermon: I am interested in preparing this, but I have a question that is not covered by the measurements page. The fruit sauce calls for 2 glasses of fruit. How much is a glass? Pardon my ignorance as I am an American. I can adapt to metric, but I have never heard of a measurement called a glass. December 26, 2022 3:13 pm
    • Kevser: I’m sorry for creating confusion. I generally change it but I guess forgot this this time. It’s the cup in the measurements page. We call it glass, not cup😊 December 26, 2022 3:52 pm
