Ingredients

  • 1 potato,
  • 1 carrot,
  • 1 zucchini,
  • 1 red pepper,
  • 1 green pepper,
  • 5-6 mushrooms,
  • 14 tbsps vegetable oil,
  • 1 teaspoons salt,
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder,
  • 100 ml heavy cream.

Preparation

  1. Peel and cut potato, zucchini and carrot into cubes,
  2. Dice the peppers,
  3. Heat the oil in a pan,
  4. Add the potato and carrot and stir for 2 mins over high heat,
  5. Add the zucchini, peppers and mushroooms and sautee until tender,
  6. Add the heavy cream, salt and curry powder, stir well,
  7. Cook for 1 min. more and remove from heat.
