Sauteed Vegetables With Curry Recipe

Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 potato,
 - 1 carrot,
 - 1 zucchini,
 - 1 red pepper,
 - 1 green pepper,
 - 5-6 mushrooms,
 - 14 tbsps vegetable oil,
 - 1 teaspoons salt,
 - 1 teaspoon curry powder,
 - 100 ml heavy cream.
 
Preparation
- Peel and cut potato, zucchini and carrot into cubes,
 - Dice the peppers,
 - Heat the oil in a pan,
 - Add the potato and carrot and stir for 2 mins over high heat,
 - Add the zucchini, peppers and mushrooms and sauté until tender,
 - Add the heavy cream and curry powder, stir well,
 - Cook for 1 min. more and remove from heat,
 - Add salt and mix well.
