Vegetable Soup Recipe

Serving : 6 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 onion,
 - 1 green zucchini,
 - 1 carrot,
 - 1 potato,
 - 1 charleston pepper,
 - 1 tomato,
 - 1 handful finely chopped parsley,
 - 1 handful finely chopped dill,
 - 3 tablespoons olive oil,
 - 1 tablespoon flour,
 - 5 cups water,
 - Salt.
 
Preparation
- Finely dice the onion, carrot, potato, zucchini, pepper and tomato,
 - Heat the olive oil in a pot,
 - Add the onion and sauté until translucent,
 - Now add the carrot, potato, zucchini, pepper and tomato in order stirring well in between each addition,
 - Put the lid on and cook down the vegetables on low heat for 10 mins,
 - Now stir in the flour and cook for 1 more min,
 - Add the hot water and cook until the vegetables are softened,
 - Add the dill, parsley and salt, stir and remove from heat.
