Sauteed Green Lentils Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup green lentils, washed and drained,
- 1 large carrot, chopped,
- 2 tablespoons oil,
- 1 tsp pepper flakes,
- 1 tsp thyme,
- Salt.
Preparation
- Put the green lentils into a pot, cover with water and cook until softened,
- In a large pan heat the oil,
- Add carrots and saute until tender,
- Add lentils, spices and salt, stir well,
- Cook for another few mins. and remove from heat.
