Steamed Vegetable Salad Recipe
Serving : 2-4 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 zucchini,
- 2 carrots,
- 1 red pepper,
- Juice of 1/2 lemon,
- 3 tbsps olive oil,
- 1 clove of garlic,
- Salt to taste.
Preparation
- Peel and cut the zucchini and carrot into slices,
- Chop the red pepper in the same size,
- Heat olive oil in a pan,
- Add the chopped vegetables and grated garlic,
- Sautee until tender,
- Add salt, mix and remove from heat, set aside to cool,
- Add lemon juice and mix.
