Steamed Vegetable Salad Recipe

Serving : 2-4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini,
  • 2 carrots,
  • 1 red pepper,
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon,
  • 3 tbsps olive oil,
  • 1 clove of garlic,
  • Salt to taste.

Preparation

  1. Peel and cut the zucchini and carrot into slices,
  2. Chop the red pepper in the same size,
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan,
  4. Add the chopped vegetables and grated garlic,
  5. Sautee until tender,
  6. Add salt, mix and remove from heat, set aside to cool,
  7. Add lemon juice and mix.
