Vinaigrette Sauce Bream Recipe Vinaigrette Sauce Bream Recipe


  • 2 whole breams,
  • 1 onion,
  • 1 potato,
  • 1 carrot,
  • 1 zucchini,
  • 1 red pepper,
  • 2 bay leaves,
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil,
  • Salt,
  • Pepper.

For Vinaigrette Sauce;

  • 2 tablespoons vinegar (of any kind),
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil,
  • 2 shallots onion,
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard,
  • Salt,
  • Pepper.


  1. Chop the onion in half moon shape, potato, pepper and zucchini in cubes and ring pepper.
  2. Take all the vegetables in a deep bowl and sprinkle them with olive oil, salt and pepper, mix,
  3. Spread the vegetables into a baking sheet covered with parchemen paper,
  4. For the vinaigrette sauce chop the shallot onions finely,
  5. In a small bowl, combine onions, olive oil, dijon mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper together,
  6. Spread the mixture over the fishes and rub it with your hands,
  7. Place the bay leaves in the fish and lay the fish on the vegetables,
  8. Bake in a 190 C degrees pre-heated oven until the veggies are tender (about 35-40 min).
