Salami Omelette Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sliced salami in cubes,
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese,
- 4 tabelspoon vegetable oil,
- Salt,
- Pepper.
Preparation
- Heat a non-stick pan and add oil,
- Add the salami to hot oil and stir until they become crispy,
- Meanwhile scramble the eggs with salt, pepper and parmesan in a separate bowl,
- Add the scrambled eggs to the pan and cover,
- Cook until all the liquid is absorbed.
