Red Pepper Omelette Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 2 red peppers,
- 4 eggs,
- 1 tsp flour,
- 1/4 cup milk,
- 4-5 tbsps oil,
- Salt.
Preparation
- Remove the seeds of the pepper and cut them into small squares,
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the peppers, cook on low heat until the peppers are softened,
- In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk and flour along with some salt,
- Pour the eggs onto the softened peppers and using a spoon make sure the eggs are equally distributed among the peppers,
- Cook on low (lid on) heat until the eggs are set.
