Red Pepper Omelette Recipe

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 red peppers,
  • 4 eggs,
  • 1 tsp flour,
  • 1/4 cup milk,
  • 4-5 tbsps oil,
  • Salt.

Preparation:

  1. Remove the seeds of the pepper and cut them into small squares,
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and add the peppers, cook on low heat until the peppers are softened,
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk and flour along with some salt,
  4. Pour the eggs onto the softened peppers and using a spoon make sure the eggs are equally distributed among the peppers,
  5. Cook on low (lid on) heat until the eggs are set.
