Baked Potato Omelette Recipe
Serving : 2 Servings
- 1 medium sized potato,
- 2 eggs,
- 1/2 table spoon all purpose flour,
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan,
- Salt and pepper for seasoning.
- Peel and grate potato,
- Scramble the eggs in a bowl,
- Ad grated potato, flour, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and mix well,
- Spray a 18 cm ovenware with vegetable oil,
- Pour the mixture to the ovenware,
- Bake at 190 C degrees until the edges are golden.
