Baked Potato Omelette Recipe Baked Potato Omelette Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium sized potato,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 1/2 table spoon all purpose flour,
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan,
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning.

Preparation:

  1. Peel and grate potato,
  2. Scramble the eggs in a bowl,
  3. Ad grated potato, flour, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and mix well,
  4. Spray a 18 cm ovenware with vegetable oil,
  5. Pour the mixture to the ovenware,
  6. Bake at 190 C degrees until the edges are golden.
