Basic Omelette Recipe

Since the weekend is at your door, I thought a nice breakfast recipe would go well. That's the omelet you know, what's so good about it? This is a basic recipe. You can add whatever you want, cheese, salami, sausage, sausage, spinach, mushrooms, potatoes, etc. according to your taste.  You can make this addition directly into the egg, or you can put the sautéed ingredients in between before folding the omelet. You can add any spices you want to the omelet mix. Mine is a muse, so it's up to you.

Let's come to the things to do at the weekend... Of course, a good breakfast is a must. While you are finishing your breakfast, throw a simple cake in the oven that you can eat as a family with tea in the evening. And for dinner, pizza from lavash, etc. Plan something practical like what to cook so that you don't have to go around in your head. Look, the food business is over. Now it's up to you whether you go out, pinch your children, do the cleaning, read a book or not. Whatever you do, don't forget to take some time for yourself. Okay, the burden of the whole family is on the shoulders of the woman, but if your shoulders do not stand firm, one day you will not be able to carry that burden. You need to listen to your head in order to stay strong. Don't keep doing work for yourself, let some things be missing or someone else do it.

It's easy to say, isn't it? Yes, easy to say, hard to do, but not impossible. Mankind went to the moon, and you are saying that it is not possible for me to spare 1-2 hours for myself, come on. If you stop watching one of the series you watch, you will have 3-4 hours a week anyway. Especially get away from the TV completely and see what's going on.

Basic Omelette Recipe with Video

Serving : 1 Serving

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs,
  • 1/4 cup of milk,
  • 1 tsp of flour,
  • 1/ tsp of butter or 1 tsp of olive oil,
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

How to make steps

Preparation

  1. Beat the eggs together with salt and pepper,
  2. Mix milk and flour in a separate cup,
  3. Add the mixture and salt and pepper to the eggs and beat,
  4. Heat the butter or olive oil in a 26 cm pan,
  5. Pour the omelette mixture into the pan evenly,
  6. Cover the lid and cook until the desired consistency,
  7. You can add any ingredient at that point,
  8. Fold and transfer to the serving plate.
