- 2 eggs,
- 1/4 cup milk,
- 2 tsps of flour,
- 1 tsp butter,
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Beta the eggs together with salt and pepper,
- Add milk and keep beating,
- Add flour and mix together until no lumps,
- Melt the butter in a 20 cm pan,
- Pour the omelette mixture into the pan evenly,
- Cook until the desired consistency,
- Fold and transfer to the serving plate.
