Ground Beef Omelette
Serving : 4 Servings
- 100 g ground beef,
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4 large eggs,
- 4 tbsps vegetable oil,
- 2 tsps tomato paste,
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- In a large pan heat vegetable oil,
- Add onions and cook until tender,
- Add ground beef and cook, constantly stirring, until it dissolves and absorbs its water,
- Add tomato paste and pepper and stir,
- Crack the eggs, add some salt,
- Cook, constantly stirring, until eggs are well done.
