Vegetable Omelette Recipe
Serving : 4-6 Servings
Ingredients
- 3 eggs,
- 1/4 cup milk,
- 1 large potato,
- 1 red cayenne pepper,
- 1 pinch minced celery leaves,
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil,
- Salt.
Preparation
- Grate the potato,
- Finely mince the pepper,
- Beat the eggs and milk in a bowl and add a salt to taste,
- Add the grated potato and pepper into the egg mixture and stir,
- Heat the oil in a pan,
- Pour the mixture into the pan and even it out by swirling the pan,
- Sprinkle the minced celery leaves on top,
- Put the lid on and cook over low heat until fully set.
