Vegetable Omelette Recipe

Serving : 4-6 Servings

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs,
  • 1/4 cup milk,
  • 1 large potato,
  • 1 red cayenne pepper,
  • 1 pinch minced celery leaves,
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil,
  • Salt.

Preparation

  1. Grate the potato,
  2. Finely mince the pepper,
  3. Beat the eggs and milk in a bowl and add a salt to taste,
  4. Add the grated potato and pepper into the egg mixture and stir,
  5. Heat the oil in a pan,
  6. Pour the mixture into the pan and even it out by swirling the pan,
  7. Sprinkle the minced celery leaves on top,
  8. Put the lid on and cook over low heat until fully set.
