Remoulade Recipe
Remoulade is a mayonnaise-based sauce recipe. You know, in fast food restaurants, sometimes they bring different sauces with the french fries and you love them. Remoulade is such a sauce. It's a sauce that goes well with all kinds of fried foods including french fries.
Like many recipes, remoulade has many different versions. I usually try to follow the original recipe but also try to create a recipe that is suitable to my own taste. I made the same for this recipe.
Remoulade has a greasy texture thanks to the mayonnaise base, slightly spicy thanks to the djon mustard and chili peppers, slightly sour thanks to the lemon, and has a garlic flavor thanks to the garlic.
Remoulade is not just used as a dip. It can also be mixed with some vegetables and used as a salad dressing. I will share good examples in the future. But if you don't want to wait, you can try it as a dressing in different salad recipes. For example, you can use remoulade instead of plain mayonnaise in recipes such as potato salad with mayonnaise.
Since there are no easily perishable ingredients in Remoulade, and on the contrary, there are protective materials, the shelf life is quite long. The taste will not change when it waits. Therefore, you can prepare it in advance and store it in the refrigerator to use in different recipes.
