  • 1 head of lettuce,
  • Half chicken breast,
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil,
  • 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise,
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar,
  • 1 clove of garlic,
  • Salt,
  • Black pepper,
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese,
  • 2 slices of  bread.


  1. Chop the bread slices into cubes and bake in a 190 C degrees pre-heated oven until golden,
  2. Rub the chicken breast with salt and pepper,
  3. Heat oil in an ironcast pan,
  4. Add into the chicken and cook both sides,
  5. Slice the nicely cooked chicken thinly,
  6. Chop lettuce coarsely,
  7. Take it in a deep bowl and add mayonnaise, vinegar, grated garlic, salt and pepper and mix well,
  8. Place chicken slices and bread cubes on top,
  9. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over.
