Caesar Salad Recipe
Serving : 1 Serving
Ingredients
- 1 roman lettuce,
- Half chicken breast,
- 4 tablespoons olive oil,
- Salt and pepper
For the sauce:
- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise,
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar,
- 1 clove of garlic,
- 1 tsp of djon mustard,
- Salt,
- Black pepper,
Also:
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese,
- 2 slices of bread.
Preparation
- Chop the bread slices into cubes and bake in a 190 C degrees pre-heated oven until golden,
- Rub the chicken breast with salt and pepper,
- Heat olive oil in an ironcast pan,
- Add into the chicken and cook both sides until golden and tender,
- Chop the nicely cooked chicken in small squares,
- Shred the lettuce coarsely with your hands,
- Take it in a deep bowl and add chicken over,
- In a small bowl mix mayonnaise, vinegar, grated garlic, djon mustard salt and pepper and mix well,
- Pour the sauce over the salad,
- Place the croutons on top,
- Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over.
