- 500 gr. lean ground beef,
- 1 onion (grated),
- 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs,
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce,
- 3 cloves garlic,
- 1 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper,
- Vegetable oil to shallow-fry,
- Burger bun,
- Mix together ground beef, grated onion, bread crumbs, barbecue sauce, crushed garlic, black pepper and salt in a large bowl,

- Cut burger size circles using a biscuit / cookie / doughnut cutter,
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet,
