Plum And Apricot Compote Recipes

Ingredients:

  • 500 g apricots,
  • 500 g yellow plums,
  • 1 cup sugar,
  • 3,5 lt water.

Preparation:

  1. Wash and drain fruits,
  2. Place in a deep pan,
  3. Add 2 lt water,
  4. Cook until fruits are tender,
  5. REmove the fruits with a drainer,
  6. Add sugar to the compote and stir until melts,
  7. Set aside to cool,
  8. Drain with a cheese cloth and add the remaining water,
  9. Serve cold.
