Plum And Apricot Compote Recipes
Serving : 8-10 Servings
- 500 g apricots,
- 500 g yellow plums,
- 1 cup sugar,
- 3,5 lt water.
- Wash and drain fruits,
- Place in a deep pan,
- Add 2 lt water,
- Cook until fruits are tender,
- REmove the fruits with a drainer,
- Add sugar to the compote and stir until melts,
- Set aside to cool,
- Drain with a cheese cloth and add the remaining water,
- Serve cold.
