Apricote Compote Recipe
Serving : 8 Servings
- 500 gr apricots,
- 1 cup granulated sugar,
- 4 lt. water.
- Cut the apricots into two and remove the seeds,
- Place them in a large pot along with 2 lt. of hot water.
- Put on the stove and cook until the apricots are softened,
- Remove from the stove, add in the sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves completely,
- Pour in the final 2 lt. of water, stir and refrigerate,
- Serve chilled.
