Apricote Compote Recipe with Video
Serving : 8 Servings
Ingredients
- 500 g of fresh apricots,
- 3/4 cups of sugar,
- 2 liters of water,
- 1 stick of cinnamon,
- 4 cloves of cloves.
Preparation
- Take water, sugar, cinnamon sticks and cloves in a deep pot,
- Simmer on high heat until the sugar melts and the water starts to boil,
- When the water starts to boil, remove the cinnamon stick,
- Remove the cores of the apricots and chop them into small pieces,
- Add the apricots to the water and cook until they are completely soft,
- Take the pot off the stove and let it cool,
- After it comes to room temperature, place it in the refrigerator and let it rest for at least 2 hours.
