Quince Compote Recipe
Serving : 10 Servings
- 8-9 medium quinces,
- 4,5 lt. water,
- 2 cups granulated sugar,
- 5-6 cloves.
- Wash the quinces well and remove the core and the seeds,
- Cut them into cubes,
- Put the quinces in a saucepan along with the water and cloves,
- Cook until the quinces are softened,
- Add the sugar and stir,
- Boil for 5 more mins and remove from heat.
