Mung Beans Soup Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup of mung beans, washed and drained,
- 1 green pepper, chopped,
- 2 tomatoes, chopped,
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste,
- 1 handful of chopped dill,
- 5 cups of water at room temperature,
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil,
- Salt.
Preparation
- Heat the oil in a deep pot,
- Add chopped peppers and sautee until tender,
- Add tomatoes and cook until softened,
- Add water and the beans,
- Cover the lid and cook until the beans soften,
- Add salt and dill, stir and remove from the heat.
