Kidney Bean Salad Recipe
Serving : 4-6 Servings
Ingredients
- 2 cups kidney beans,
- 1.5 cups finely chopped parsley,
- 1.5 cups finely chopped dill,
- 1.5 cups finely chopped fresh mint,
- 4 cornichons,
- 4-5 roasted red peppers,
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil,
- 2-3 tablespoons pomegranate molasses,
- Salt.
Preparation
- Boil and drain the beans,
- Add the chopped parsley, dill and mint,
- Chop the cornichons and roasted peppers, and add to the beans,
- Add olive oil, salt and pomegranate molasses to taste and stir.
