Easy Cezerye Recipe Easy Cezerye Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sultanas,
  • 3 dried figs,
  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts,
  • 3 tbsps grated coconuts,
  • 3 cups boiling water.

Preparation:

  1. Wash and drain sultanas and figs,
  2. Transfer them into a deep bowl and add into the boiling water, set aside for 5-10 mins., then drain
  3. Pulse them in a food processor until you reach a paste,
  4. Add into the hazelnuts and pulse again until the hazelnuts are grounded finely,
  5. Make small balls and coat with grated coconuts.
