Peanut Butter Filled Dates Recipe
With this recipe, I wanted to add an easy and delicious dessert recipe to the diet recipes category for those who are on a diet or at least paying a little attention to what they eat. The recipe consists of only three ingredients and only takes a few minutes to prepare.
Since I created this delicious dessert for the diet recipes category, I kept the portion amount small. If you wish, you can increase the amount of ingredients and increase the portion. You can store it in the refrigerator for a very long time, as there is no perishable material in it. In other words, even if you do it for snacking in between, you can make more and keep it as a snack at hand for a long time.
You can make peanut butter at home with a peanut butter recipe, or you can use store bought peanut butter. If you only make it as a diet snack, you should make sure that it is sugar-free. Besides peanut butter, you can also use nut butter, almond butter, or pistachio butter.
You can use any chocolate you want (including white chocolate) for the chocolate, or if you are going to make it as a diet snack, you should pay attention to the fact that it is vegan for a vegan snack.
You can serve peanut butter dates with tea or coffee. But in my opinion, the most suitable drink with it is unsweetened Turkish coffee or espresso.

- 6 dates,
- 6 teaspoons of peanut butter (refrigerated and slightly solidified),
- 50 g of chocolate.
- Remove the seeds of the dates,
- Put peanut butter inside them,
- Melt the chocolate using the bain marie method or in the microwave,
- Dip the dates in chocolate,
- Put them in the fridge and let them rest until the chocolate hardens.
