Ingredients

  • 1 mid-sized apple,
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon,
  • 1 tsp grated coconut.

Preparation

  1. Peel and dice the apple,
  2. Combine with cinnamon and transfer into a ramekin,
  3. Cover with aluminium foil and bake 25 mins. in 190 C degrees.
  4. Remove from oven and transfer into a serving plate,
  5. Sprinkle grated coconuts on top.
