Gum Mastic Bundt Cake Recipe
Serving : 8-10 Servings
- 2 eggs,
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar,
- 1 cup whole milk,
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil,
- 2 cups flour,
- 10 gr. baking powder,
- 3 pieces mastic gum, crushed.
- Cream together the eggs and sugar until white and frothy,
- Add the milk, oil, baking powder and crushed mastic gums and whisk,
- Add the flour slowly while whisking until you get a smooth batter,
- Pour into a greased cake pan,
- Bake at 170 degrees Celsius until golden brown on top.
