Gum Mastic Bundt Cake Recipe Gum Mastic Bundt Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs,
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar,
  • 1 cup whole milk,
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil,
  • 2 cups flour,
  • 10 gr. baking powder,
  • 3 pieces mastic gum, crushed.

Preparation:

  1. Cream together the eggs and sugar until white and frothy,
  2. Add the milk, oil, baking powder and crushed mastic gums and whisk,
  3. Add the flour slowly while whisking until you get a smooth batter,
  4. Pour into a greased cake pan,
  5. Bake at 170 degrees Celsius until golden brown on top.
