Crunchy Potato Balls With Cheese Filling
Serving : 16 Balls
Ingredients
- 3 mid-sized potatoes, boiled,
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil,
- 1 egg,
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes,
- 50 g mozzarella cheese,
- Salt and pepper,
- Vegetable oil for frying.
Preparation
- Peel and mash potatoes,
- Add oil, salt and pepper and combine well,
- Make wallnut sized balls and place a small piece of cheese in the middlle, then roll,
- Beat the egg,
- Coat the potato balls first with egg then with crushed conflakes,
- Deep fry in a pan.
