  1. Nola Beacon: Naming your page "Turkish Style Cooking" with a title of "The Best Turkish Recipes" and then listing the first ingredient of the recipe "Greek Yogurt" is pretty dumb, to be honest! Especially considering the fact that most of the world (at least the real foodies) now knows that yogurt is in fact a staple TURKISH food, and not greek! If you mean to say "strained yogurt", then do so! This page seems just ridiculous! June 15, 2023 8:42 pm
    • Kevser: Thank you for sharing your thoughts but I could understand your point even if you are not that rude. But as far as I understand you this Greek yogurt is Turkish yogurt labeled as Greek yogurt. If so, I have to mention that it's not. This web site is for people living outside of Turkey where you can't find Turkish yogurt in supermarket (And this is not my fault). In addition, most of the world's knowing that yogurt is Turkish food doesn't change the fact that you can't find Turkish yogurt in most of the countries outside Turkey. What is sold as Greek yogurt all around the world is the best alternative to Turkish yogurt, so I prefer to suggest the best and easiest option in my recipes and my choices are none of your business.
