Chicken with Vegetable Recipe
Serving : 4-6 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast skinlees, boneless, chpped,
- 1 onion, chopped,
- 2 potatoes, chopped,
- 1 carrot, chopped,
- 2 cups green peas,
- 1 tomato, chopped,
- 1 table spoon tomato paste,
- 3-4 tbsps vegetable oil,
- 1 teaspoon powdered red pepper,
- Salt to taste.
Preparation
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet,
- Add chopped onions and sautee until tender,
- Add chicken and cook until changes color,
- Add potatoes and carrots and cook 2-3 mins. more,
- Add tomato paste and saute 2-3 mins,
- Add powdered red pepper and stir,
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 1-2 mins,
- Add peas and water, cover the lid and cook until tender,
- Add salt, stir and remove from heat.
