Serving : 15 pieces

Ingredients

  • 2 mid sized potatoes,
  • 1 egg,
  • 2 tbsps bread crumbs,
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt,
  • Pepper,
  • Any vegetable for filling.

Preparation

  1. Peel and grate potatoes with large side of grater,
  2. Add egg, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and mix well,
  3. Put 1 tbsp of mixture into silicon muffin cases,
  4. Give a bowl shape with your fingers,
  5. Bake in a 200 C pre-heated oven until golden,
  6. Serve with any cooked vegetable of your desire.

    • Kevser: It's best to serve right away as they will soften when they wait. But if that's not a problem, you can prepare them the day before and keep in the fridge or freeze for up to 6 months. November 4, 2021 2:04 pm
