5 Minutes Caramelized Onions Recipe
Serving : 4-6 Servings
Ingredients
- 2 large onions,
- 3 tbps of olive oil,
- 1 tsp butter,
- 1 tsp sugar,
- 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar,
- 1/2 tsp salt,
- 1/6 tsp baking soda.
Preparation
- Strip off the onion and chop half moon shaped,
- Take the olive oil and the onions in a large pan and sautee in high heat for 2 minutes,
- Add sugar, balsamic vinegar, butter, baking soda and salt and sautee for 3 minutes more,
- Add the baking powder and saute for 1 minute.
