  • 4 artichoke hearts,
  • 250 g cubed lamb,
  • 1 cup of fresh peas,
  • 1 onion, chopped,
  • 1 tablespoon butter,
  • 2 cups of water at room temperature,
  • 1 sweet spoon of sugar,
  • 1 sweet spoon salt,
  • 1 sweet spoon flour,
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil.


  1. Heat the pressured cooker,
  2. Put the lamb in the cooker and sautee until changes colour,
  3. Add butter and onions,
  4. Cook, constantly stirring until the onions are tender,
  5. Add peas and stir,
  6. Place enough hot water to cover it, close the lid and cook until the meat is soft accoring to the recommended cooking time in your cookware manual,
  7. After the meat has been cooked, place the artichoke hearts into a large pan,
  8. Share the mixture of meat + peas (along with stock if the stock remains) to artichoke pots,
  9. Beat 2 cups of water, flour, sugar, salt and olive oil in a separate bowl,
  10. Move the mixture over the bowls,
  11. Close the lid and cook in low heat until the artichokes are softened,
  12. Sprinkle chopped dill while serving.
