Lamb Artichoke Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 4 artichoke bowls,
- 250 g cubed lamb,
- 1 cup of fresh peas,
- 1 onion, chopped,
- 2 cups of water at room temperature,
- 1 tsp of sugar,
- 1 tsp of salt,
- 1 tsp of flour,
- Juice of half a lemon,
- 4 tbsps of olive oil.
Preparation
- Heat the pressured cooker,
- Take the lamb in the cooker and sautee until changes colour,
- Add olive oil and onions,
- Cook, constantly stirring until the onions are tender,
- Add the water, close the lid and cook until the meat is soft according to the recommended cooking time in your cookware manual,
- Open the lid and add lemon juice, sugar, salt and flour and mix,
- Add the artichokes and peas, close the lid and cook until soft,
- Share the mixture of meat + peas (along with stock if the stock remains) to artichoke pots while serving.
