Lamb Artichoke Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 4 artichoke hearts,
- 250 g cubed lamb,
- 1 cup of fresh peas,
- 1 onion, chopped,
- 1 tablespoon butter,
- 2 cups of water at room temperature,
- 1 sweet spoon of sugar,
- 1 sweet spoon salt,
- 1 sweet spoon flour,
- 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Preparation
- Heat the pressured cooker,
- Put the lamb in the cooker and sautee until changes colour,
- Add butter and onions,
- Cook, constantly stirring until the onions are tender,
- Add peas and stir,
- Place enough hot water to cover it, close the lid and cook until the meat is soft accoring to the recommended cooking time in your cookware manual,
- After the meat has been cooked, place the artichoke hearts into a large pan,
- Share the mixture of meat + peas (along with stock if the stock remains) to artichoke pots,
- Beat 2 cups of water, flour, sugar, salt and olive oil in a separate bowl,
- Move the mixture over the bowls,
- Close the lid and cook in low heat until the artichokes are softened,
- Sprinkle chopped dill while serving.
