Lamb Artichoke Recipe

Serving : 4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 4 artichoke bowls,
  • 250 g cubed lamb,
  • 1 cup of fresh peas,
  • 1 onion, chopped,
  • 2 cups of water at room temperature,
  • 1 tsp of sugar,
  • 1 tsp of salt,
  • 1 tsp of flour,
  • Juice of half a lemon,
  • 4 tbsps of olive oil.

Preparation

  1. Heat the pressured cooker,
  2. Take the lamb in the cooker and sautee until changes colour,
  3. Add olive oil and onions,
  4. Cook, constantly stirring until the onions are tender,
  5. Add the water, close the lid and cook until the meat is soft according to the recommended cooking time in your cookware manual,
  6. Open the lid and add lemon juice, sugar, salt and flour and mix,
  7. Add the artichokes and peas, close the lid and cook until soft,
  8. Share the mixture of meat + peas (along with stock if the stock remains) to artichoke pots while serving.
