Spinach Stalk Salad With Yogurt

Spinach Stalk Salad With Yogurt

Ingredients:

  • Stalks of a bunch of spinach,
  • 4 tbsps vegetable oil,
  • 250 g plain yogurt,
  • 2 coves of garlic, minced,
  • 2 tsps of ground red pepper,
  • Salt.

Preparation:

  1. Chop the stalks finely,
  2. Heat 2 tbsps of oil in a pan and add chopped  stalks,
  3. Sautee until soften,
  4. Add minced garlic ans salt to yogurt and mix well,
  5. Transfer yogurt mixture into a serving plate,
  6. Pour the sauteed stalks on top,
  7. In a sauce pan heat the remaining oil and add red pepper,
  8. Cook for 30 seconds and remove from heat,
  9. Top the salad with this sauce.
