Spinach Stalk Salad With Yogurt
Ingredients
- Stalks of a bunch of spinach,
- 4 tbsps olive oil,
- 250 g plain yogurt,
- 2 coves of garlic, minced,
- 2 tsps of paprika,
- 1/2 tsp hot pepper flakes,
- Salt.
Preparation
- Heat 2 tbsps of olive oil in a pan and add stalks,
- Sautee until soften,
- Add minced garlic and salt to yogurt and mix well,
- Transfer yogurt mixture into a serving plate,
- Pour the sauteed stalks on top,
- In a sauce pan heat the remaining oil and add red pepper,
- Cook for 30 seconds and remove from heat,
- Top the salad with this sauce.
