Calamary Sauce Tarator Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
- 5 tbsps drained yogurt,
- 1/2 cup walnuts,
- 3 slices of bread (remove the crust),
- 2 garlic cloves,
- 1 tbsp vinegar,
- 1 tbsp olive oil,
- Salt to taste,
- Chopped parsley for topping.
- Cut bread slices into small pieces,
- Put bread pieces, walnuts, garlic cloves, olive oil and salt into a food processor and blend for 2-3 mins.,
- Add this mixture into drained yogurt and mix well,
- Serve chopped parsley on top.
