Baked Mücver Recipe
Considering those who love mücver but cannot eat them because they are on a diet, I prepared this baked mücver recipe this time. If you're wondering how it turned out, it's not like 100% fried mücver of course, but it's worth it. There is almost no difference in taste, especially after pouring yoghurt on top. Of course, it doesn't have the alluring smell of fried food and the slightly caramelized flavor of mücver. But especially if you have passed a certain stage in your diet, the smell of fried food is no longer attractive, so this innocent baked mücver is at least much more beneficial for your mental health.
Instead of grating, I chopped the zucchinis with a julienne cutter. I bought it without any hope, but I found it handy. It is currently one of the tools that makes my life in the kitchen easier. If you happen to come across it, don't miss it, buy it. The straight cut side is also very useful, especially when preparing pickled red cabbage.
