Watermelon Sorbet Recipe
Serving : 10 Servings
- 1,5 kg.watermelon slices, seeds removed,
- Juice of 1/2 lemon,
- 2 tbsps honey.
- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl,
- Blend until smooth,
- Tarnsfer the mixture into a plastic container and deep-freeze,
- Remove 4-5 hours later and beat with a mixer or fork,
- Repeat the same process 2 times more with 2 hours intervals,
- Wait at least 1 hour before serving.
