- Half of a small watermelon,
- Juice of 1/2 lemon.
- Remove the peel of the watermelon and chop,
- Smash with a fork or potato masher,
- Place a cheesecloth over a deep bowl and pour the mashed watermelon into the cloth,
- Gather the edges of the cheesecloth together and squeeze strongly,
- Add the lemon juice into the watermelon juice and mix,
- Set aside in the fridge until cold,
- Serve immediately.
