- 1 kg peeled and slices pumpkin,
- 2 cups sugar,
- 1 tsp cinnamon,
- Walnuts for serving.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon together,
- Place pumpkin slices in an apropriate baking dish,
- Sprinkle the sugar mixture on top,
- Cover with alumunium foil,
- Bake in a 200 C degrees pre-heated oven for 10 mins.
- Remove the foil and decrease the heat to 190 C,
- Bake again until pumpkin slices are tender and juice of the dessert is set,
- Serve cold with walnuts or hazelnuts.
