Apple Cinnamon Muffin Recipe
One of my favorite recipes here. I love the gorgeous look more than the taste I think. I don't need to eat them, it is enough to look at them for me.
Please don't let the look fool you. It is a bit time killing but easy to prepare. Thus, don't hesitate to try.

Apple Cinnamon Muffin Recipe with Video
Serving : 12 pieces
Ingredients
- 2 eggs,
- 3/4 cup of sugar,
- 1 cup of milk,
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil,
- 2 cups of all purpose flour,
- 10 grams of baking powder,
- 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon,
- 2 big apples.
Preparation
- Wash the apples well and cut them in half without peeling them,
- Clean them and slice them very thinly on the short sides,
- Add enough hot water to cover them and boil them until they are soft,
- Strain the water and rinse with cold water,
- For the cake, beat the eggs and sugar until creamy,
- Add milk and oil and whisk,
- Slowly add the flour and whisk,
- Add the baking powder and cinnamon and whisk until you get a smooth consistency,
- Place muffin papers in your muffin molds,
- Divide the cake dough into the molds, not exceeding half of them,
- For rose-shaped decoration, start from the middle of the apple slices and place them in the form of roses into the muffin dough,
- Put the muffins in the oven preheated to 180 C degrees and bake until the cake batter is golden brown.
