Savory Muffins With Olive

Ingredients
- 2 eggs,
- 1 cup milk,
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil,
- 2 cups flour,
- 3 tsps baking powder,
- 15 olives, seeds removed, chopped,
- 1 tsp salt
- Black cumin for topping.
Preparation
- Beat eggs in a deep bowl,
- Add milk and vegetable oil and whisk,
- In a seperate bowl combine flour, salt and baking powder,
- Add flour mixture to egg mixture step by step and mix well,
- Add olives and mix,
- Pour the batter in muffin molds,
- Sprinkle black cumin on top,
- Bake in a 190 C degrees preheated oven until golden.
