Savory Muffins With Olive

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs,
  • 1 cup milk,
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil,
  • 2 cups flour,
  • 3 tsps baking powder,
  • 15 olives, seeds removed, chopped,
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Black cumin for topping.

Preparation:

  1. Beat eggs in a deep bowl,
  2. Add milk and vegetable oil and whisk,
  3. In a seperate bowl combine flour, salt and baking powder,
  4. Add flour mixture to egg mixture step by step and mix well,
  5. Add olives and mix,
  6. Pour the batter in muffin molds,
  7. Sprinkle black cumin on top,
  8. Bake in a 190 C degrees preheated oven until golden.
