This is my favorite salad lately. Now if someone were to say that everyone would choose a dish and only eat it for the rest of their life, there's a good chance I'd choose this salad. It is known that people's favorite foods change from time to time. I don't make impulsive decisions on such important matters, I think before I make a decision right now, to see if I'll get tired of it in the future :)

Is Roasted Pepper Arugula Salad Suitable for Diet?

I mostly consume this salad for lunch these days. I often crumble some white cheese on it, it makes a good meal by itself. It can be a good alternative for those on a diet, I say add it to favourites. Especially for office workers, it has a great advantage in terms of being a meal that can be easily taken from home and eaten in the office without any hassle. It is known how difficult it is to diet and arrange lunch for employees. Hot food cannot be taken from the house, there is no heating facility in every workplace. If there is food at work, it must be very fatty, calorie, etc. it is not eaten. If you try to eat out, the money won't last. Again, it comes down to bringing something practical and easily edible from home. A hearty salad is definitely one of the least skunk-free options.

What changes can be made to the salad?

As in every salad recipe, I will not pass without making a general reminder. Salad is the type of food that can be reflected most easily to personal taste. Open to all possibilities. You do not have to use the materials exactly, you can change them as you wish. Are you saying that you don't like sweet things in salad, for example, take out the figs. You say you can't have a salad without tomatoes? Add tomatoes. What you call a salad is made with lemon, not with pomegranate syrup. Your only limit is your imagination. The recipes I give are entirely the reflection of my taste. If you say that our tastes are very compatible with each other, do the same; And put a small smile on your face while eating the salad. Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of rocket, chopped,
  • 3 large red peppers, roasted,
  • 1 handful of walnuts, chopped coarsely,
  • 2 dried figs, chopped,
  • 1 tbsp of grated parmesan,
  • Pomegranate sauce and olive oil for seasoning.

Preparation

  1. Set rocket in a salad bowl,
  2. Chop the peppers and add into the rockets,
  3. Add figs and walnuts,
  4. Sprinkle grated parmesan,
  5. Season with pomegranate sauce and olive oil.
