- 1 small bunch of lettuce,
- 1 cup canned chickpeas,
- 1 cup cooked wheat berry,
- 1/2 cup canned corn,
- 1 roasted red pepper,
- 1 tsp flax seed,
- 1 tsp pomegranate syrup.
- Wash and dry the lettuce and chop finely,
- Peel and chop the roasted pepper,
- In a deep bowl combine lettuce, pepper, chickpeas, heat berry and corn together,
- Sprinkle flax seed on top and season with pomegranate syrup.
