Mashed Potato Waffle Recipe

Preparation

1. In a large pot bring 1 lt of water to simmer,
2. Add into potatoes and cook until tender,
3. Drain and set aside to cool,
4. Peel the cooled potatoes and mash with a potato masher,
5. Add into egg, salt and pepper and mix well,
6. Heat waffle iron in the highest heat,
7. Scoop the batter on the iron and press evenly,
8. Close the lid and cook until golden.
