- 4 potatoes,
- 1 egg,
- 1/4 tsp pepper,
- 1 tsp salt.
- In a large pot bring 1 lt of water to simmer,
- Add into potatoes and cook until tender,
- Drain and set aside to cool,
- Peel the cooled potatoes and mash with a potato masher,
- Add into egg, salt and pepper and mix well,
- Heat waffle iron in the highest heat,
- Scoop the batter on the iron and press evenly,
- Close the lid and cook until golden.
