Pesto Sauce Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 500 g fillet-cut chicken breast,
- 1 small onion, chopped,
- 3 tbsps of olive oil,
- 1 tbsps of pesto sauce,
- 1 tsps of flour,
- 1 cup of milk,
- Salt to taste,
- 20 g of grated parmesan,
- 5-6 cherry tomatoes.
Preparation
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan,
- Add chicken slices and fry both sides,
- Take them aside,
- Add the chopped onion to the pan and stir fry,
- Add flour and stir fry,
- Add milk, pesto, parmesan and and mix well,
- Add the tomatoes cut in half, close the lid and cook over low heat until the sauce thickens.
