Pesto Sauce Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken thighs or 2 chicken breasts,
- 1/4 cup olive oil,
- 3 teaspoons pesto sauce,
- 3 teaspoons flour,
- 1 cup whole milk,
- Black pepper,
- Salt.
Preparation
- Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces,
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet,
- Add the chicken and cook on high heat until the chicken is softened,
- Add the flour and stir for 2 mins,
- Add the pesto sauce, milk, black pepper and salt and cook over medium heat until the sauce is thickened.
